Adrian joined Zurich Insurance Company in June 2015 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. In his current role as Group Head of Skills Development Solutions, Adrian and his team are globally responsible to drive the global learning and career development agenda in close collaboration with the regions, countries and functions. He is also responsible for the global career development and learning solutions, Zurich’s new skills framework and library as well as for the global learning content Zurich is offering to all employees.
For over 11 years, Adrian is gaining profound learning and development knowledge and experience.Before joining Zurich, he worked for IBM for nearly 20 years in various positions in and outside Human Resources.
He holds, amongst others, the degrees of Higher Vocational Education in Leadership as well as the Master’s in Human Resource Management fromZHAW.
