Delegates Terms & Conditions

1. Fees & Payment Terms:

Registration fees are inclusive of program materials, event organizational expenses, luncheons and refreshments, but exclude accommodation, minibar and travel expenses.

Payment is due in full upon 14 calendar days after submission of the Registration form.

Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse the Delegate entry to the Event until all fees due in respect of that Delegate's attendance have been paid in full.

2. Cancellation or substitution:

Any cancellation or request for a substitution of the Participant has to be done in written via e-mail. The Participant is granted free cancellation within 14 calendar days after submition of the Registration form. After 14-day free cancellation has expired, the Participantion will be cancelled under the following conditions:

- Cancellation up to 14 calendar days prior to the Event date is to be refunded 50% of the initial amount paid.

- Cancellation less than 14 calendar days prior to the Event date is non-refundable.

A delegate who is unable to attend the Event has a right to nominate a subtitute who should be of equivalent level.

In the event of cancellation less than 14 calendar days prior to the Event date due to force majour or exceptional reasons, without a possibility to nominate a substitute, Event organizer may exceptionally agree on issuing Credit Note to an alternative Event (within 12 months of such Event)

3. Alterations, Postponement or Cancellations by Event Organizer

Event Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event structure (e.g., location, venue, date and networking, etc.). If Event is cancelled or postponed by Event Organizer due to events or circumstances beyond its easonable control (including, without limitation, Acts of God, flood, failure of any material supplier to the Event, unforeseen occurrence, cancellation by the venue etc), Event Organizer will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event, and transfer Delegate to the appropriate re-scheduled event within twelve (12) months of the cancelled Event.

4. Data Privacy & Copyright

Event Organizer may keep your information on it's database to be used by Event Organizer and passed to selected third parties to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the client. Event Organizer may also disclose your persona; data to third party service providers of the event (e.g event application provider).

Except as described herein, Event Organizer will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent.

The copyright in any information produced by the Event Organizer in connection with the event remains the property of the Event Organizer and cannot be passed to any third party for any purpose.

5. Photo/Video:

Event Organizer may hire professional service providers (photo/video/streaming) to display the event experience. Event Organizer may also use social media (e.g. Twitter, Linkedin) to: post real-time or post-event photos and videos to its social media feeds.

Attendees are encouraged to capture their event experiences and post their own social content from the event (text, photos, video), provided it does not violate the rights of any attendee. Such violation would include, but is not limited to, defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: Event Organizer may edit and use footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today's world, Event Organizer disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

-An attendee is permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smart phones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive.
